Era is building the orchestration layer that powers intelligence across the next generation of physical devices. We just raised our seed and launch our first partner product in Q2 2026.

What We're Looking For
- You're a builder at heart. You've either started something yourself or been the early employee who made everything happen
- Range. You can go deep on problems across completely different domains
- Extraordinary communication skills, written and verbal
- You context-switch effortlessly and actually thrive in ambiguity
- High agency. You don't wait to be told what to do
- Some technical literacy. Comfortable around engineers and technical conversations
- Taste. You care about quality in everything from a slide deck to a Slack message
- Genuine passion for the future of computing, AI, design, consumer hardware, or some intersection of it all
Nice to Have
- Experience at an early-stage startup (seed to Series A)
- Background in consulting, ops, product, or growth
- Interest in fashion, consumer brands, or hardware
- An existing side project, creative practice, or something that shows you're endlessly curious
