Go-To-Market

Partnerships & Business Development

NYC, SF, or Remote

Every computing era has a dominant interface. PCs made computing personal, smartphones made it mobile, and AI agents will make it ambient. Era is building the orchestration layer that powers intelligence across the next generation of physical devices, and our entire go-to-market runs through partnerships. We just raised our seed and launch our first partner product in Q2 2026.

The Role

The way technology companies partner with brands is broken. It's usually a white-label deal where neither side is proud of the product, or a years-long co-development cycle that kills momentum. Era is building a third way: a partnership model where any brand can ship a genuinely intelligent device in months, not years, without hiring a single AI engineer. You're the person who makes that model real and proves it scales.

We have a signed partner deal, multiple LOIs, and a growing pipeline of iconic brands. The model works. Now we need someone who can scale it.

What You'll Do

  • Own the full partner pipeline from prospecting through signed deal, and own the relationship long after the ink is dry
  • Reinvent what a tech partnership looks like - build deal structures, onboarding frameworks, and collaboration models
  • Structure creative deal terms. Era's model includes per-device licensing, experience deployments, and future subscription tiers
  • Be Era's external face at industry events, partner meetings, and brand pitches
  • Work closely with the Product Engineer, GTM to ensure smooth partner onboarding and integration
  • Feed partner insights back to product. You're the bridge between what the market wants and what we build
  • Build the partnerships playbook so this function scales beyond just you

What We're Looking For

  • Track record of closing B2B partnerships or enterprise deals, ideally in hardware, consumer tech, or brand licensing
  • You're a relationship builder. You know how to earn trust with brand leaders, product teams, and executives
  • Experience structuring creative deal terms (licensing, rev-share, platform fees)
  • Strong storytelling ability. You can sell a vision, not just a product
  • Comfort with ambiguity and early-stage sales
  • An existing network in consumer electronics, luxury/fashion, entertainment, or consumer brands is a huge plus

Nice to Have

  • Experience at the intersection of tech and consumer brands
  • Background in hardware partnerships or device ecosystem deals
  • Familiarity with Shenzhen manufacturing ecosystem and ODM relationships
