Go-To-Market

Product Engineer, GTM

NYC, SF, or Remote

Era is the AI orchestration layer for the next generation of physical devices. We work with iconic consumer and lifestyle brands to bring AI-powered devices to market, and each partnership reveals what our platform should become. We just raised our seed and launch our first partner product in Q2 2026.

The Role

You're Era's person in the field. You work directly with brand partners to integrate Era's platform into their products, but more importantly, you're the person who turns those partner experiences into product insights that shape what Era builds next.

This is a product role that happens to be partner-facing, and a GTM role that happens to be technical.

What You'll Do

  • Be the primary product and technical point of contact for Era's brand partners during onboarding and integration
  • Work hands-on with partners to configure our intelligence layer for their specific use case
  • Synthesize partner learnings into product direction. What should our partner dashboard look like? What APIs are missing? What patterns repeat?
  • Own the partner feedback loop. Bring structured insights from every integration back to the product and engineering team weekly
  • Build compelling demos, proof-of-concepts, and partner-specific prototypes
  • Create the integration playbook. Document patterns, build templates, and make partner onboarding faster with each new deal
  • Help define and evolve our GTM materials

What We're Looking For

  • Strong product instincts. You figure out what partners actually need and translate it into product strategy
  • Technical enough to get your hands dirty. You can write code, understand APIs, and work through integration challenges
  • Exceptional at pattern recognition
  • Experience in a product-oriented, customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication. Comfortable presenting to brand executives and whiteboarding with engineers in the same day
  • Genuine interest in consumer brands, design, and physical products
  • Scrappy and self-directed

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML platforms, LLM applications, or agentic systems
  • Background in B2B2C products
  • Experience working with luxury, fashion, or entertainment brands on technology integration
